About Mary's Love

Mary, the Blessed Virgin Mother of our Lord, serves as an expressive symbol of this ministry. It is through Mary that the Ministry's work is inspired. Mary's joys and sorrows, her virtues and hidden perfections, her maternal and compassionate love for her Divine Son and most importantly, her love for her God, serves as a guide to minister to women and their children who seek hope and love from the Catholic Church.

Mary’s Love is ALL GROWN-UP

For many years Mary’s Love Ministry has been graciously receiving and giving away children’s clothing, cloth diapers, diaper pins, plastic pants and toiletries to single moms, dads and families. Mary’s Love has outgrown these items and will now start receiving and holding only clothing for elementary, middle school and high school aged children.

We will no longer be accepting baby items or clothing. We now need toddler aged (2T) to teenager’s new or gently used clothing. The reason for this decision is that there are many agencies that already help with newborn to 6 month old babies and their families. But, we all know as our children get older the more expensive are their clothes. It’s a lot harder for teenagers to have clothes that will fit their needs and their parent’s budget. Now with this new adventure for Mary’s Love, the teenagers will be able to receive some type of clothing for themselves and parent’s money can be concentrated on other necessities.

We will now ONLY accept: new or gently used shirts, slacks, blue jeans, shorts for both males and females. We WILL NOT ACCEPT: baby items or underwear for teenagers. For more information, please contact Bea Dela Rosa, 512.454.0384 ext. 199.
