Honors Readers Lists

The Honors Readers program was created by the Home and School Association, in conjunction with the school library, to provide students with a list of recommended books for their grade level, and an incentive to encourage reading. The program runs year around and students who satisfy the reading expectations for their grade are honored with a certificate during Mass and a party. Certificate ceremonies and the corresponding parties are held three times a year. The lists provided here are updated for each new year with current Bluebonnet, Crown, and Lamplighter books, as well as occasional updates. These are the same lists that are available in the office and library, so you can now print your own copy or view the list from anywhere you can access the Internet. Some books are not available at the St. Louis School Library, but may be available at the public library.
