Uniform regulations, though they may seem strict and narrow, are intended as guidelines to help parents and students avoid any misunderstanding of the school administration's expectations.
The uniform at St. Louis is intended to remove attention from physical and socioeconomic differences among students. A student's appearance is expected to be well-groomed, in good taste, not distracting to others, and according to the attached rules below. This expectation also applies to hair color and make-up practices.
Parker is the uniform company for the school, and all available items, including outerwear, should be purchased from the factory representative.
