Purpose

The purpose of St. Louis Women's Club shall be to create a source of friendship and fellowship for all women of the parish; and to encourage faith enrichment by stimulating interest and participation in church activities.

Membership

Membership in this organization shall be open to every woman in St. Louis Parish. Active membership status shall be established by filling out and returning the registration letter each year (with or without a donation). A yearly phone roster shall be compiled of all active members for notification of all meetings and activities.

Meetings

Regular meetings of this organization shall be held six times a year, every other month - September, November, January, March, May and July. Any meeting can be rescheduled with approval of the Executive Board and upon notification of the membership. Specific day and time of all meetings shall be established by a majority vote of the Executive Board. Any vote may be passed by a majority vote of the members present.
