We all want to go to heaven after we die, but what’s it really like there?
The Stations of the Cross is a Lenten devotion that offers witness to Jesus’ Passion and Death. At each station, we use our senses and our imagination to reflect prayerfully upon Jesus’ suffering, Death, and Resurrection, and to simply experience the visual images to reflect on Christ’s love for us.
Join us Fridays during Lent at 2pm or 7pm in the Chapel (7pm Stations March 8th will be in the Main Nave)
El via crucis consiste en la meditación de los pasos de Jesús en su camino al calvario hasta su crucifixión y muerte. Via Crucis es todos los jueves a las 6:30 pm en la capilla.
Lent is a time of spiritual preparation, re-focusing our hearts and minds on the suffering and sacrifice of Jesus that enabled us to be co-heirs in his heavenly kingdom. The Lenten Disciplines of alms-giving, fasting and prayer unite us with Christ’s suffering and call us to reconciliation with God for the holy Easter season ahead.
We need members who can sew two pieces of fabric together in a straight line or be able to crochet.
